It’s hard to believe that 2 years ago we asked you to help us with a difficult situation. We were a company that had been at the same location for the past 30 years and had reached a point that we couldn’t grow without moving to a larger facility. This time you exceeded our expectations. You not only found us a location that was only 8 miles away but could be built to our requirements. We have now happily been in our new 11,997 sqf building that we paid only $103 a square foot a year now and moral is at its highest point from as long as I could remember.

Third, it goes without saying that since we are in our new location that both the sell and the purchase all happened within the 180 days that we needed to comply with the 1031 exchange rules.
